The academic administration of School of the Nations is structured in the following way:

Directors
Jong Pyo & Hwaock Im, career missionaries originally from South Korea, have called Kenya their home since 1981. During their 31 years in the country, they raised three daughters and founded both the International Christian Kindergarten and School of the Nations. Dr. Jong Pyo Im holds a PhD in Missiology from Fuller Theological Seminary. Mrs. Im has her Masters in Cross Cultural Education from Biola University and is now perusing her PhD.
